RTEMS | waf exits too early when building all BSPs at once (#5252)

I have just built `config-two.ini` without error. I did not use the redirection and I did not place the build in the background. Why are you putting the build into the background? Waf assumes it owns the build tree so if you are putting things into the background you need to make sure you are not overlapping builds, configures etc.

And for the record I used the same command including the background and it was fine. I am using FreeBSD 14.

You have not posted an error and I cannot the `onfig-all.ini` file attached to this issue?
