RTEMS | waf exits too early when building all BSPs at once (#5252)

What do you mean "env related"? If the first BSP fails to build, waf doesn't proceed to the next. I just happened to report when building with a "next" GCC version which is pickier. Introduce a build error in the first BSP and it is reproducible.
