Documentation | Online Doxygen outdated (#117)

## Summary
The online Doxygen documentation at the bottom of https://docs.rtems.org/ does not have any links for RTEMS 6, and the "main" link still points to documentation seemingly generated from an RTEMS 5 branch (shows version "5.0.0").
