The fall through warning is not yet enabled in optwarn*.yml in the RTEMS git code. You need to enable it yourself.

And this code now should have the warning again because cpu_self is set before the setjmp() and used after. That's the crux of Wclobbered. If it can be made static, that will also resolve it.
