RTEMS | Header Source files format "extern C" missing (#4806)

I took the list of files from the spreadsheet and turned it into the attached shell script. In theory, this should be easy to address but many of the files would require some discussion. They are third party or intended only to be included from one specific file, or include assembly macros. Two files do not even exist in the public RTEMS.

Discussion needed on this list.
