Okay I added (notice) behind the title, set to Done.  Let's do this for any other notices we have so they're clear in the release notes and they don't clutter the issue list.

We should create new issues for 8.1 and link it to this one that will make the notes even clearer for this and the next release if anyone complains why something was removed.
