RTEMS | CAN/CAN FD stack needs confdefs resource calculation support added (#5193)

The new CAN stack is not in broader use still so I expect that this check is not blocker for 7.1 and target version can be postponed.

I am not sure what is minimal/maximal size used on the stack, we need to find time to build RTEMS with stack analysis tools and check that but I cannot promise much till the end of the semester. @michallenc is busy as well.
