These are the files with all the tool flags for coverage on and off for RTEMS:

- ./cpukit/optcoverage.yml
- ./cpukit/optcoveragecflags.yml
- ./cpukit/optcoverageldflags.yml
- ./cpukit/optnocoveragecflags.yml
- ./cpukit/optnocoverageldflags.yml

It looks like all the necessary support code is always included in librtemscpu.a.
