## Summary

Address missing field initializer warnings

There were various structures which generated these warnings. When in RTEMS code, the tendency was to change the initialization to using named fields. When in third party code, it usually occurred with long initialization of arrays of structures. The warning was locally disabled to minimize changes.

Closes #5325.
