Why should a user have to know that the BSP was built with coverage to compile and link their application at all? Detecting whether coverage is enabled to take advantage of it is a slightly different problem which is also not addressed.

Whatever the change to fix this, it should be mostly transparent to users and be encapsulated between rtems_waf and the pkgconfig definitions.
