## Summary

spec/build/cpukit/optwarn.yml: Warning flags to match current state.

WARNING: Marked draft because I would prefer to have all warnings fixed but this should let others turn on the remaining warnings locally and help fix them. 

All but \~50 warnings have been fixed if you account for unmerged MRs. These settings should give a warning free build given the current state.
