gmp: Fix compilation with gcc-15

This adds more or less a backport of the following two upstream patches:

* https://gmplib.org/repo/gmp/raw-rev/8e7bb4ae7a18
* https://gmplib.org/repo/gmp/raw-rev/d66d66d82dbb

Fixes #134

This should also solve the problem addressed in !165
