SIS | Draft: Make compilable with gcc-15 (!7)

I compiled and build it with `./configure` and `make`. That gives the following compiler calls:

`gcc -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I.    -DFAST_UART -g -O2 -MT leon2.o -MD -MP -MF .deps/leon2.Tpo -c -o leon2.o leon2.c`

So only default warnings are enabled.

By the way: There are a lot of warnings about K&R style function definitions with gcc-15.
