LibBSD | 7-freebsd-14 doesn't build against main (#53)

## Summary
`./rtemsbsd/telnetd/telnetd-service.c` includes `telnetd.h` which was removed from RTEMS in https://gitlab.rtems.org/rtems/rtos/rtems/-/commit/94251a25fb6e8b3cf9c6a9d66e35827b71ab9639. This prevents LibBSD building against RTEMS `main`.

## Steps to reproduce
Build `7-freebsd-14` against RTEMS `main`

This issue also effects LibBSD `main` as it is also using RTEMS 7
