The file [rtems/config/stdcxx-template.py](rtems/config/stdcxx-template.py) has conflicting license statements.

contains the wording of the [ISC license](https://spdx.org/licenses/ISC.html), but the SPDX identifier `# SPDX-License-Identifier: BSD-2-Clause` indicates a different license.
