## Summary

m68k/av5282: Add license and attribution as appropriate

This change reflects adding attribution based on the initial
submitter per git history. Most files were from Eric Norum
and could be 2-BSD. One was from Mike Bertosh and is assumed
to have been submitted under the GPL w/exception as was the
norm when it was submitted.
