RTEMS | Move 3rd party code to contrib (#33)

So far to do are:

* cpukit/libfs/src/fatfs/
* cpukit/libcrypt/
  * This is heavily modified
* cpukit/libmisc/shell/
  * Difficulties due to global variables.  Wrapping main is easy but handling globals is not.  It's possible to write a Python program to convert this but nt anytime soon.
* cpukit/libfs/src/jffs2/
  * Need to sort out the best way to import this from the Linux kernel.
