Adding -DFDT=1 to common-flags in libbsd.py allowed me to build against arm/raspberrypi, but not arm/xilinx_zynq_a9_qemu. I agree with you that there is a disconnect in FDT management. I suppose we could add empty implementations in libbsd if BSP_FDT_IS_SUPPORTED is not defined.
