RTEMS | JFFS2 debug and prints cannot be enabled or disabled properly (#5349)

I was working on moving jffs2 to `/contrib/` but left it for later since it's not straight forward.  The old import was bringing in the commits directly but it appears we've skipped some.

I think going forward we should just record the linux kernel hash and then update the source accordingly.  I'll see about doing that this week.
