RTEMS | testsuites Formatting (#5360)

This issue tracks the task to reformat `testsuites`.

Within this, the ada sources should probably be ignored.

Also, the `benchmarks` directory appear to be third party imports. 

And some of the `validation` tests are generated code from `rtems-central`, which may need to be looked at.
