RTEMS | Address warnings and errors from GCC 14 and Later (#20)

I'd like it to be 7.1. No idea if all the warnings will be fixed by then but the situation will be much improved. I plan to switch us soon to "-Wextra" with specific warnings disabled. But all of "-Wextra" is a big ask.
