Change any ftp.gnu.org URLs to ftpmirror.gnu.org to use [GNU FTP Mirror](https://www.gnu.org/prep/ftp.html) support. This helps with loading on GNU's machines and the mirrors are faster due to GNU FTP rate limiting repeat downloads from the same user.
