Hi, what parts of the code this licensing in build file applies to? Just to these configuration options, documentation, or even to the code? If also to the code, me and Pavel are not the only authors of all of it, but some parts were also written by other people many years ago, so I suppose we would need their approval as well.

I am absolutely fine with the change though.
