## Summary
I've noticed that during the creation of Merge Requests, developers and maintainers are not properly completing the Generative AI section of MR descriptions according to the standards set forth at https://www.rtems.org/generative-ai when AI has been used. See rtems/rtos/rtems!1182 as an example. 

I believe it's important for everyone to follow the standards we set for the community as an example of how it is to be done and why it is done.
