The way we agreed to set it up was to leave it blank if no AI was used that's what we discussed.  It's clearly not working so the next step is to figure out a nag bot.  It's not sustainable for us to add more to ourselves.  Maintainers can be expected to fill it out properly adding "no" to every single MR is just more churn it's not sustainable long term.
