## Summary

graphics/tinygl: Add TinyGL package

Add the TinyGL package configuration for RTEMS Source Builder.

This commit adds:
- the TinyGL source-builder configuration
- the RTEMS graphics package configuration
- the TinyGL build set

Testing:
- verified the configuration files are added correctly
