RTEMS Deployment | net-libbsd-powerpc-mvme2700.bset is incorrectly for i386/pc686 (#10)

The file with powerpc-mvme2700 does not build powerpc or mvme2700 anything. It builds an i386/pc686 stack. It is just wrong.
