I created it with a project tag because it's larger than an issue. I didn't tag it as a GSoC project because @chris and I thought it required tight integration with libdebugger across multiple architectures. I haven't found a permissively licenced implementation. All together it doesn't seem like a good GSoC project.

On top of that, application period is over for GSoC 2026. Maybe some information turns up to make this easier than we thought it would be.
