Progress update based on the review of the RSB recipe( https://gitlab.rtems.org/rtems/tools/rtems-source-builder/-/merge_requests/287 ).
The initial per-BSP build is working and correctly routes the library and headers to the target architecture paths. I'm now shifting focus to the next two hurdles:
1. Getting true multilib support working so `safeclib` builds and installs alongside the standard toolchains.
2. Integrating the `safeclib` headers with Newlib.
I just opened a separate issue to discuss the best architectural approach for the header integration here: https://gitlab.rtems.org/rtems/tools/rtems-source-builder/-/work_items/201
