Companion to rtems!1383: the strong pipe()/pipe2() definitions are replaced by handlers registered through the new cpukit indirect-call hooks, with no behavior change. pipe01, dup01, kqueueclose01, selectpollkqueue02, unix01 and syscalls01 are green on xilinx_zynq_a9_qemu against rtems main with !1383 merged.
