No, I understand I'm saying _both are just as useless_.  Since we already have one useless name why do we need to add another?

Our GitLab already has rules you have to accept in order to join.  Anyone on our GitLab has already personally clicked that button and accepted them which is another reason that makes having a `Signed-off-by` useless.  That statement also includes our license release and by accepting it they're asserting the code is coming from them.

As I said I'll bring it up during the next meeting but we've always come to the same conclusion.
