The basis of my argument is it's useless. Adding more work for us for another useless item makes no sense. It fills no gap because it's a plain text statement that can be made up by anyone just like the `Author:` field.
We did discuss this during yesterdays meeting and the conclusion is you'll have to wait for signed commits because this has actual value to the project.
