Issue created by Sebastian Huber: https://gitlab.rtems.org/rtems/rtos/rtems/-/work_items/5696

The interrupt controller code masks vectors which do not belong to the 8259A,
the interrupt frame is not aligned for `fxsave`, there is no way to raise an
interrupt in software, and the `pc386` BSP has no `tm27` support, so every test
which calls `CallWithinISR()` waits forever.

Found while running the full test suite on Qemu. This description was created
with Claude Code assistance.
