RTEMS | bsps/i386/pc386: Seven startup messages report a normal outcome (#5698)

The BSP prints a message at startup for each of: no video mode requested, an
ELCR present, a working PCI BIOS interface, the legacy UART ports, no
PCI-to-PCI bridge, and the console which the command line selected. The
`i386: isr=%x irr=%x` message fires whenever the in service and interrupt
request registers of the 8259A disagree about a line, which is the normal state
of a device with work pending, so it appears at every boot.

The messages fall inside the report of a test which opens its report early, and
a non-protocol line inside the report block makes the report hash disagree with
the calculated one, so the report is rejected. `printk()` before the console
driver exists also goes nowhere on a board with no monitor.

Found while running the full test suite on Qemu. This description was created
