Four defects. The console driver translates the newline, which corrupts a test
report. The benchmark timer returns a wrong value. The interrupt attributes
which the BSP reports do not match what its controller can do. The
`microblaze_fpga` BSP has no `tm27` support, so every test which calls
`CallWithinISR()` waits forever.

Found while running the full test suite on Qemu. This description was created
