I'm not arguing that from a commercial body point of view. I said in my first comment in this discussion that it's my personal opinion. I don't see any value in a DCO in RTEMS for the company that I work for and no one instructed me to participate in this discussion.

My arguments are that it would be a good idea from a _legal_ point of view. It's best practice in other projects that have the funding to pay lawyers and it seems that these projects thought it's a good idea add a DCO.

But I see that my arguments won't have any chances of success. So I won't continue actively in the discussion anymore except if explicitly asked a question by someone or to clarify something I said earlier if I have the impression that someone misunderstood one of my arguments (like the commercial interest that you assumed).
