I have added all of these locally to my master version of the spreadsheet. Your list did not include What about <stdlib.h> ignore_handler_s()? I see the source in safeclib but you didn't list it. I went ahead and added it in my spreadsheet as included. Can you confirm that it is there?

Once confirmed, I can create an MR to update the POSIX Compliance Guide.
