LibBSD | rtems/syscall: Register pipe handlers through the cpukit hooks (!156)

It was not — the cpukit hooks from rtems!1383 are not on the 6 branch, so the registration cannot link there on its own. Filed rtems!1439 backporting ec42cadd3b4 to 6, and !159 with this commit for 6-freebsd-14; pipe01 and psxpipe01 pass on arm/xilinx_zynq_a9_qemu against that pair.
