Issue created by Sebastian Huber: https://gitlab.rtems.org/rtems/rtos/rtems/-/work_items/5722

The linker command file of the `microblaze_fpga` family has no output section
for the `.noinit` input sections. The linker places them as orphans in input
order, so `bsp_section_noinit_begin` and `bsp_section_noinit_end` receive the
same address. The region is empty and the object control blocks lie outside
it.

`_Memory_Dirty_free_areas()` and `_Memory_Zero_free_areas()` therefore write
nothing. `CONFIGURE_DIRTY_MEMORY` and `CONFIGURE_ZERO_WORKSPACE_AUTOMATICALLY`
have no effect on the initial objects, and `sp54` finds no pattern there. All
three variants of the family are affected.

Found while running the full test suite on eleven simulators. This description
was created with Claude Code assistance.
