RTEMS | Turn motorola_powerpc BSPs into individual BSPs (#5731)

## Summary
The `motorola_powerpc` BSP code is shared by eight individual BSPs, making it a challenging shared code to work on.

This ticket aims at separating each of the individual BSPs out of motorola_powerpc. Mainly, the following three individual BSPs are needed.

* MVME 5100
* MVME 2700
* MVME 2100
