## Summary

This commit restructures the `./spec/build/bsps/arm/stm32u5` directory to support additional BSPs. It also adds a new BSP, `stm32u5-discovery` which supports the STM32U5 Discovery board at a basic level (console, timers, etc) it does not add any additional drivers. This involves three things, protecting BSP specific code in starthooks based on BSP, restructuring how `linkcmds` is generated in order to be appropriate for the BSP, and pre-selecting console paramters based on the BSP being configured and built to pick the correct USART by default rather than having to specify it in the `config.ini` file when building the BSP. I believe I have preserved all features of the existing BSP (`stm32u5-grisp-nano`) but I do not have one to test so those changes remain untested. I have built and run all of the sample on an STM32 Discovery board and they work as expected.
