RTEMS | libcsupport: Take two upstream realpath() fixes from FreeBSD (!1444)

For fixes from the upstream, I usually cherry picked the upstream commits. Since these files are in a `contrib/` it would be good to have a plan and procedures how they are synchronized with the upstream.
