Examples | Add example(s) of Dynamic Loading (#11)

## Summary
RTEMS has had support for the POSIX dynamic loading APIs for a while but we do not have user facing examples for these. The tests are designed to exercise positive and failure paths and include code which would be confusing in a user facing example.
