I think keeping it consistent with RTEMS formatting (if there's such a thing?) is fine. For reference, RCC samples will be formatted with the following Clang file going forward:

BasedOnStyle: llvm
IndentWidth: 2
TabWidth: 2
AlignConsecutiveDeclarations: true
AlignConsecutiveMacros: true
PointerAlignment: Right
BreakBeforeBraces: Linux
ReflowComments: true
ContinuationIndentWidth: 2
```
