Please add `PointerAlignment: Left` . I am not sure if `ReferenceAlignment: Left` is needed as my tests showed the references on the left however if the option is present we might as well use it to make sure.

Can we please add `AllowShortFunctionsOnASingleLine: Inline`. I think functions in `.cpp` files should be on multiple lines. If they change the diff noise is less.
