I do not want this closed until we talk about it during a meeting.  I do not want this merged until we have a clear path as to what's going on.

I've been extremely clear about how this works and merging formatting without this being resolved was your choice.  I'm not going to accept that as a reason to force these config files into the tree.  You are free to keep them on your own branch people can merge in if they want to test but I do not want this merged.
