are you referring to the section created in this mr https://gitlab.rtems.org/rtems/docs/rtems-docs/-/merge_requests/201?
Doesn't that page contains how to setup build environment for building the rtems kernel? and in the root readme it contains how to setup build environment for building the documentation itself? This mr adds the later
