## Summary

Migrate the SIS manual (sis.pdf) to the RTEMS Documentation manuals. Probably as a chapter of the User Manual.

<!--
Provide background information about the project idea.
-->

## Approach

The manual consists of texi input files that would need to be converted to Markdown. pandoc might be able to help automate this conversion. Then the markdown content needs to be added to a new chapter/manual in an appropriate rtems-docs manual, and cleaned up as necessary.

<!--
Describe the general techniques to use to complete the project.
-->

## Knowledge/Skills

* Scripting
* Markdown

<!--
add the programming languages or other technical skills needed.
-->

## Possible Mentors

* @gedare @joel

<!--
List/tag mentors here
