Thank you @joel for the detailed feedback. I'll incorporate these suggestions into my GSoC proposal and plan to implement both the per‑instance `mq_ispriority` field and the system‑wide default configuration via `<rtems/confdefs.h>`. I'll also keep in mind the potential extension to POSIX semaphores. Looking forward to continuing this work if selected!
