I've built a working prototype: https://gitlab.rtems.org/theaniketgiri/platform-rtems

It uses pkg-config to dynamically extract all BSP flags zero hardcoding. `pio run` successfully compiles and links an RTEMS hello world for sparc/erc32, and the built ELF runs correctly on SIS.
